The Kintsugi Gospel — Recycling People
People are not waste. In the Kingdom, there is no scrap—only material waiting to be recovered, refined, and set back into service.

What We Believe
We are a recycling company for souls and stories. We collect what life has shattered, tell the truth about the breaks, and pour gold into the seams—truth, grace, discipline, counseling, work, and community. We don’t produce a counterfeit “like new”; in Christ, people are made new—stronger at the seams and precious in testimony.
Kintsugi: Beauty in the Seams
Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with lacquer and powdered gold, doesn’t hide the fracture; it highlights it. The crack becomes a luminous seam—proof that restoration is possible and beauty can be greater because of what was broken. This is our picture of redemption.
The Crucible: Heat with Boundaries
Restoration requires heat and pressure. The refiner’s fire separates dross from gold. Practically, this means structured processes: screening and safeguarding, codes of conduct, trauma‑informed training, and measurable steps toward stability—shelter, sobriety, skills, and service. The fire becomes formative, not destructive, because it is bounded by love and order.
Scars as Weapons
Scars aren’t liabilities; they are lines of authority. What once marked defeat becomes a tool in the right hands—wisdom that disarms shame, discernment that spots deception, courage that defends the vulnerable. In the Gospel, wounds are not erased; they speak. A healed scar becomes a sword that cuts chains for the next person.
How This Lives in Our Work
Redemption Room retrains survivors as paid, non‑therapeutic peer supporters (85% counselor / 15% platform). Safeguards include KYC/age checks, background screening, consent & boundary training, real‑time moderation, encrypted data, and clear referral paths for crises.
Repurposing for God hubs reclaim materials others discard—appliances, fixtures, furniture, surplus lots—and convert them into value and jobs. Every refurbished item is a sermon in matter: what looked like junk becomes provision for a family and payroll for a neighbor.
Through ChristInc.tv, we tell true stories without exploitation. We honor privacy, avoid spectacle, and celebrate measurable transformation: clean time, debt retired, certifications earned, consistent work, and reconciled relationships.
Measure the Seams
- Peer‑support sessions completed; satisfaction (NPS); appropriate crisis referrals
- Jobs created; counselor earnings distributed; certifications earned
- Tonnage diverted from landfills; items refurbished/resold; member savings
- Discipleship milestones: decisions, cohort completions, service hours
